Open People for your daily list. Select a person to see why they are here and review a draft. Copy, open their profile, send in your own browser, then record what happened. Snooze or skip when the timing is wrong.

Add a post to your career record and review the evidence it contributes.
Remember the promises you made
Use Debrief / promises after a conversation. Review the commitments before adding them to your follow-up work. Today brings them back when it is time to act.
Keep profile links with the Capture add-on
The optional Capture add-on reads the page you explicitly choose and lets you review its export before importing. It uses activeTab and scripting permissions, makes no network calls and never sends messages.
